We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where reasonable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Before sending a return, email info@fumikokitchen.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate resolution with no additional return-shipping charge to you.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
